  • What a beautiful child of God. My granddaughter was diagnosed with IS at the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital last month. We have started the daily ACTH injections and we got to rejoice at her first smile...twice! My heart goes out to you.

  • Thank you for your note. We may be starting low dose ACTH in a few weeks time. Right now we're trying some different medications to see if they are effective in controlling her seizures.

  • We just finished ACTH several weeks ago and are now weaning and her EEG was spasm free!

    So now we're hoping it stays that way!
