You need to stop letting your republican ideals cloud your judgement. You think that drilling off-shore will make any difference to the price of oil? These oil companies are making hundreds of millions of dollars worth of profit - and many politicians (regardless of party) are getting a cut of that.
As for Clinton - I'm sure it was Bush Snr who had the same choice to make but didn't. It's been stated that Iraq would have been better off had they left Hussain alive - and who killed him?...

This show how little you know about business...The Oil companies don't set the price of oil..supply and demand along with OPEC set pricing.My husband is in Oil.I've seen the days during the Carter Administration when we had lines of cars waiting for oil.His Windfall Tax on them was a totaly failure..this isn't Republican Ideals this is fact.So you think Saddam Hussein should have been left alone to terrorize the Iraqi people.I would think most liberals would want to "save" them from that?!?!
