When Batgirl captures ThePneguin at 0:50, she neglects to take his umbrella away, enabling him to escape. the episode would had been better if Penguin, after cutting himself free, had used the gas inside the umbrella to knock out Batman, Robin and Batgirl and leaves them in some predicament. When Batgirl says that it's her fault that they were captured, Batman would tell her that blaming herself won't do anyone any good and that they must find some way out of this predicament.
@tardistabs hi whose baby are you bat girl whose baby are you batgirl ilove bat girl so much i have her for my desk top write back your friend generalhawk1
Is this the only episode where Batman and Robin's lives weren't in danger at the end of the first show? Getting stuck in the batmobile was okay but they were not put in danger. Batgirl! What a crazy body!
@cammy85 Bat trap #4 is not much different than the one used at the end of "The Penguin's Nest" ep when Penguin & his goon squad are ready to ambush & (using machine guns) shoot the Dynamic Duo while Chief O'Hara is locked in a chest & about to be electricuted or the one at the end of "The Greatest Mother of Them All" when Ma Parker pays off some inmate to plant a bomb in the Batmobile's engine. The fink dares the duo to break the speed limit - lame Bat trap.
@cammy85 Another lame Bat trap is the end of the ep "A Piece of the Action" when the duo is tacked to a glue wall while Green Hornet & Kato are to be made into giant stamps. That may be one of very few rare moments when it's NOT the duo in much danger. There's also the one at the end of "A Death Worse Than Fate" where Aunt Harriet is kidnapped, blindfolded, put in a straitjacket & suspended over a boiling acid vat. Not a lame Bat trap but the duo's NOT in any danger.

@ 4:49 I would hae LOVED to see a sexy moll from the show like Undine or Chickadee walk up to the dynamic duo and give them a good molesting.
(Or maybe some creepy homeless guy.)

Nah, the third season cliffhangers didn't end with the heroes in any danger.
2. the heroes blinded with tear gas
3. a fog bomb going off in the Batmobile,
4. fogbound in the winch room while Batgirl is in the dungeon at Ffogg place
5. Joker and Catwoman and their goons wait to ambush the Trio
6. Frontier Fanny warns Batman and Robin that if they harm her they'll never see Batgirl alive.

What?! Even the two-part Series 3 stories don't have a 'Same Bat-Time, Same Bat-Channel' ending!
7Lightening 2 years ago
Some did. But in the way the first and second seasons had acclimated us to.

Did the fact that Batgirl managed to avoid getting stuck herself add anything to this for anybody?
Just wondering.

Has anyone ever heard of a fan constructing their own version of a trick umbrella? When I was a kid, I always wanted one that would squirt water.
