I'm filipino-amarican, and it is my dream to go to the Philippines. My dad lived there and moved to American with his family when he was 20, and I would love to go there!!
First off, you're incredibly talented and hilarious!!! I get all the jokes, being Filipino-American myself. Anyhow, I don't typically comment, but I must say, I've always had reservations on going to the PI. I have my (mostly negative) reasons so really haven't wanted to go, especially lately where my older sisters are insistent on going. After watching "1st day in Manila", you've inspired me to visit the Philippines. Not easily persuaded either. Anyhow, maraming salamat and best of luck.

what do u think about Racism that goes on in Philippines, Lighter asian r portrayed as rich, educated, and beautiful, They grace all the magazine covers and TV. Darker asian r always the but of the joke, they r portrayed as poor, ignorant, and ugly. The big T.V. station like ABS-CBN promote racism on there stations example a show, Banana Split, had a girl who used a whitening soap and her dark skin turned the soap black everyone laughs. What do you think about this.

I've been to the Philippines 4 times for work and this involved visiting many of the islands and peoples homes. I travel a fair amount, I've been to 21 countries most more than once and I find nice people in all of them. The Philippines is a special place and I can honestly say that Filipinos are some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met and it is the main reason I like visiting there.

How so very lucky you were to go and visit the Philippines. It is truly a wonderful and (for me) magical country. It's been 12 years now since I moved away and I plan on going back after I graduate from college (1 more sem woo!) and settle down. I'm half Filipina and half American and I love and cherish both my nationalities. I have traveled to many countries since I have moved and Philippines is one of the countries that I plan on going back to.
i had my first sleepover and she put a note in my bag and i was getting my pj's and saw it so i read it and almost made me cry. I tried soo hard not to because my friend would see me and ask and she'd have to read it but i didnt want her to cause its personal

I've been to the Philippines 4 times for work and this involved visiting many of the islands and peoples homes. I travel a fair amount, I've been to 21 countries most more than once and I find nice people in all of them. The Philippines is a special place and I can honestly say that Filipinos are some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met and it is the main reason I like visiting there.

How so very lucky you were to go and visit the Philippines. It is truly a wonderful and (for me) magical country. It's been 12 years now since I moved away and I plan on going back after I graduate from college (1 more sem woo!) and settle down. I'm half Filipina and half American and I love and cherish both my nationalities. I have traveled to many countries since I have moved and Philippines is one of the countries that I plan on going back to.
