there is nothing wrong with hunting and killing ducks,at least they ave a chance to fly away and the guns some times can miss them,but the man in the factory killing the pig and cattle dont miss so........the ducks ave a 50-50 chance.
at the few restaurants they can be found, the lowest price ive seen for duck breast is around $50. they can be quite good if they are cooked right. now goose, thats a different story. i for one dont like them, but plenty of people know how to cook them right and say they eat good.
well take the breast out and you can season it any way you like. i lightly season it because i love the natural taste, but however you prefer. slow grill it utill its medium rare, if you overcook it the meat becomes dry. Make sure all the fat is off the breast.
Ya thats what we do except we use another type of marinate but i cant remember what it is. My favorite is teal. you merinate it in some rasberry vinegarette dressing and just barely cook it. it is amazing

Something anti hunters need to think about. Wildlife is a renewable resource, hunting brings tens of millions of dollars into local economies, and if it weren't for hunters we wouldn't have as much wildlife. Hunters pay millions of dollars for duck stamps, licenses,and fees, of which most goes back into habitat to of course produce more ducks, geeses, pheasants etc.

ya know how i go duck hunting...i show up to the "Duck Pond" with my gun and a bag of bread and throw some on the ground right in front of me... the stupid Ducks frggin come walking right up to me...i even wear a shirt that says "im gonna have fucking DUCK for dinner tonight"...ya know why?...CUZ DUCKS CAN'T FUCKING READ!

Something anti hunters need to think about. Wildlife is a renewable resource, hunting brings tens of millions of dollars into local economies, and if it weren't for hunters we wouldn't have as much wildlife. Hunters pay millions of dollars for duck stamps, licenses,and fees, of which most goes back into habitat to of course produce more ducks, geeses, pheasants etc.
