@XTheHatchetWarriorX shutter was always at 50, the iso i think was 400 and the aperture kept changing depending on the distance to what I was shooting..usually stayed between 1.8 and 2.8

@la0zxb0ixx yes all one camera. for the band performance i did 3 takes of the whole song for each band member on a shoulder rig moving around which gave me A LOT of options, drummer i did all on the slider 3 angles and 3 takes each.
the story line i had already planned do do it all on the slider so i did like 3 angles and like 4 takes each then got a bunch of pick ups
I added them in Final Cut, after I was finished with all the After Effects work and the color correction. I used this plug in i got called Magic Bullet looks..it has a nice lens flare generator
@sk8ersick666 What kind of lights are can lights? I'm interested in buying those. And were there 5500K florecent bulbs in there and you white balanced to Tungston? I'm trying to figure out how you got that soft blue/green look..

@freedomfighter213 i tried a couple of things but i ended up using twixtor, looking back i probably should've used cinema tools and just conformed to 24p

@DeShonDixonHD I shot superflat, contrast and sharpness all the way down and saturation like -2, did all the color correction in Color. I believe white balance was on tungsten but I don't quite recall.
Hey skater, I have a 7D cannon, but im just having a little trouble downloading videos to youtube, is there anything special i need to do. I dont mind waiting a whole day for my videos to download, my problem is that it always stops downloading for some reason, any tips of what you think im doing wrong? Please please respand... By the way I loved the Music and the music video you really killed it man. I wouldnt mind an email with the song either.
@ThatRolisMan my only guess would be that the file size of your videos or the lenght is over the limit for youtube upload. Unfortunately youtube only allows you to upload up to 2gb. Also maybe your internet connection?
try exporting your videos as FLV or F4V, that should give you a major decrease in file size keeping the HD

@drsteve , they recorded all plug and play style. we recorded the drummer with one of the guitar players in his headphones and then layered the rest of the tracks on top. no click track so of course the timing isnt great. Im currently in the studio with them for another two songs and this time they are using a click track.
@lionrock3 As I said the clip is very well made but they have to work hard to get the music well done. You know I am a musician and not a consumer. The problem is the tightness (it`s all over the place). Practicing, practicing and ....
Great video man, no wonder you won the contest. I'm getting a T2i tomorrow, really can't wait, seeing videos of this high of quality only makes me more excited. It definitely helps you also had a great band with energy & talent - Makes a WORLD of difference - It's painful when a band performs nervous & robotic. Again, great video!
