I live in this crappy town and know first hand how the cops are. Basically, they suck. Not long ago they were trying to push their way into restaurants and bars with police dogs. That violates people's freedom, not to mention the board of health laws. MPD sucks.

It sounds like maybe the proper course of action to deal with this would be for all the liberty activists to show up at the next Milford town hall meeting and have multiple people bring this incident up for discussion and recommend an investigation and discipline for the authorities responsible.

I've never seen a small town court building but every court building I've ever been to has been like a fricken castle or in a historic distric etc. This one must be tiny and in a regular shopping center. I'm surprised other municipalities would recognize it as legitimate.

NH is supposed to be the free-est state in the union. Some lawsuits need to be filed so that witnesses can be called and the truth can be found about which officers made the arrests and who was involved.
