This is not from 1978, but rather late 1979 on the "From The Inside" tour when Alice had just finished rehab in the insane asylum. he looks and sounds awful. The tour was cut short, but not before it was filmed and preserved for all time.

I have just about everything Alice has done but his vocals on this are shit and sound like when I saw him in the early 80s when every song he sung sounded like this,,,I think it was his Alcoholic period,,he was rapping more than singing.

I'm guessing this was from just before he went into rehab and got clean the last time in the mid 80's. The booze damn near killed him that time and he was a walking skeleton. Glad he got clean and still rockin today!
