Hey Waldorf....this is a GOOD version of JCGE.........Depeche would be proud of this, I can imagine them doing a version like this for live shows...obviously with vocals too LOL! I could always provide them for you, you know......got a good voice here.....as I hope to prove....working on stuff myself........:)

In my personal history, this was a tough song to meet head on. That's due to my false expectations as to what comprises a DP song. Years later, I enjoy it of course, but now I enjoy it even more due to this interesting interpretation. I admire the visual narrative you have here. Sets up unexpected associations for what I used to consider...an unlikely DP song. Thanks for reintroducing the song to all of us.

When I first bought Speak And Spell on tape it had the Schizo mix in place of the original and for years i thought it was the original version of the song. That's just another reason that i've always preferred it to the shorter, more well know version.

This mix takes everything i liked about the Schixo mix and expands on it.

Some artistic licence taken, and this homage to DM can't get enough is all the better for it. It's one of my least favourite DM songs, but this version takes all the good bits and reworks them into a nicer more listenable tune. I like !
