Look at the video! They're driving on a dirt road in the back-country somewhere... not on a highway. I mean, seriously! the police should have better things to do than wasting our tax dollars looking into this.

As for CPS (child protection services), they should look into the mistreatment of all the children they've ALREADY taken and dumped into foster care before scouring for more victims. These kids are MUCH safer in the care of their parents than in the care of the government.

Even though the father wants to come clesn on the video I believe there should be a lesson taught here on common sense. He admits it may have been wrong but now he is trying to justify his actions. If he does not think this was wrong, whats next?.Did anyone ever hear of a mechanical fault causing an accident? Oh well he got lucky this time but I will bet that since he took that video 2 years ago he has done other questionable possibly dangerous things involving his family. Lets hope not.

I do not see anything wrong with this at all. The media should mind their own business on this one. I think the father was still in control. Also I think the boy will be more alert to traffic while riding with his parents which makes for a good driver.
