Something needs to be done. I think that when youtube gets NUMEROUS complaints about a user, they should take the IP address of their computer and suspend any accounts under it. That way it will keep them from coming back and just making a new account to harrass and stalk whoever they have chosen to be a pest to.

Dan kan het zo zijn dat je dus opnieuw een verslag moet indienen.

Maar als diegene dan eenmaal een opgeschort account heeft en je ziet diegene terug met een ander account kan je gewoon de naam van zijn/haar vorige account doorgeven en vragen of het IP-adres van diegene geblokkeert kan worden. ^_^

There are way too many users I think need to get reported, which is why I went to that form and suggested they should add a feature to flag channels/users, not just for comments, but for the videos some users post.

there are certain options you can flag a vid for, depends on the violation itself.
