  • emagine where tons of hundreds of homes are just sitting on the market waiting cause people outright refuse to buy them.nothing but For Sale signs as far as the eye can see.

  • can you emagine what it would do to the poor little banks if no one took out a morgage on a home ever?! the poor banks would all have to start treating people fairly.

  • i aggree to get fucked in the ass every month and sell my soul to the banks for the rest of my life.thats a morgage aggreement bs free.

  • This has nothing to do with working and not working. This has everything to do with the fact that Minnesota and other states allow tenants to trash homes without taking them to jail!

If this stuff was illegal, tenants would stop trashing homes. Some tenants trash every home they rent, because they can. If people can't afford to make their mortgage, they should not have to lose all invested. They should be able to rent w/o the fear of tenants trashing the home. The tenants should be in jail!

  • U really are a piece of shit u say people need to stop crying and get to work well if u dident know we are in a recession right now their is no jobs out their unless u can pull them out of your ass it is 100% the banks fault they have no problem with changing intrest rates and making life more miserable for people that had their hours at their only job cut down to 20 from 40 how to u expect to pay the mortgage when the banks keep tacking more intrest rate to your mortage payment i hope somethin

  • People who do that should be prosicuted. I'm a realtor in northern MN and we have people taking axes to walls and roofs, taking all the fixtures like you had in this house, allowing the house to freeze up verses just winterizing it. Its sad and pisses me off. What a bummer. Great job showing others what deadbeats are doing to houses.

  • Smoking Mirrors....

  • More poop houses for 2011. :-)

  • We renter's are paying the morgage for the landlord, so we should get the stimulis money. They have a house to show...Thousands of dollars that we pay & have nothing to show for it.

  • @Godzie1

Yeah and you can leave whenever you want with no obligations.

  • @kkhath Big Deal! At least you can sell it for a good lump sum! (or you use to be able to?)

Man life changes things! All I see now are for sale signs. You can't give a house away anymore. In fact my landlord wants me to buy the house I'm renting as a steal....I'm still thinking about it?

  • Is Obama going to print some more money for renters? We deserve our $8K as well.

  • Please do some research on mortgage fraud before you take side on the issues.

  • I agree, can't always blame the banks, but as a Realtor, I can say a LOT of these foreclosures were pure greed from the banks, or the loan officers who provided fraudulent data to the underwriters to get these folks' loans through. So many of these people had NO financial business to be home owners. Shame on the fraud on both LO's and the borrowers, but also shame on the banks for those loan products that encouraged it. Interest only, 80/20's. Creative financing! BAH!

  • good production.

you could put wide-angle lenses on your cameras so we can see better!

  • Can they really get money for taking a house apart like this? Amazing.

I am looking at a foreclosure as a cash buyer. I'm not going to pay what the bank is asking. They want to be made 100% whole. No way.

  • @jvolstad

Surprised no one answered you - they can haul all that stuff to the junkyard and prob score about $300 for the appliances alone - copper wiring and pluming can fetch another $100 give or take
