Of all the business classes I have flown in, this was very disappointing. The seats are uncomfortable, don't lie flat but at this awkward angle. It is like trying to go to sleep on a brick. Food is good and the flight attendants are nice, though. If this is American Airline's idea of the next generation of business class, they didn't do a good job.

@Matchead20 While I agree with you, a LOT of people in Italy DO speak English. It's going to end up as the standard language for the world eventually. Although, I kind of wish we would all adapt to a prettier language (Italian or French) if we are all going to be speaking it.

are you kidding me?? This is bcause u probably have not experienced Singapore Airlines before. They are the best, the best service and they dont charge for pillows, blankets or food for domestic destinations. Their flight attendants are friendly, polite and they are never rude to passengers. AC is an embarrassment. You should try the real business class with SIA

Reality? the seats don't recline fully and the cabin at night looks like a hospital ward. Window passengers are unable to get out without having to jump over their seat mate, thus making it better for the tall ones.

The deatachable system is only used on the 767-300 aircraft. The 777-200 has its own built in PTV system in every seat with a new AVOD system
