nixon had no prior knowledge of watergate. and even if he did, if nixon pulled off a hundred watergates it wouldn't be as bad as fdr's internment camps or truman nuking japan.

Listen Kid...If Truman did not drop the bomb and we attacked Japan, we would have lost approximately half-million men and Truman would have been run out of town. If Nixon were President he would have done the same.

Richard Nixon was an honorable man who was one of the greatest presidents in history. His errors were no greater than his contemporaries, and those who vilified him on the left side of the political arena wounded our country.
