Unjury tastes terrible. I've been suffering through. I much prefer EAS but EAS is part "protein concentrate" which is a 28-89% pure protein- protein. Protein isolate is the purest available form of protein so I try to stick to that all I can.
Good luck with everything, my surgery is 12/7/09. You are very lucky that your insurance was so fast. My Insurance required 6 month supervised weight loss before they would approve.
