For those who are failing this mission. Use this trick to do this mission.. When the mission start, don't pick up the bomb because when you pick the bomb the timer will start.. straight go to the building and kill all those people in the building with your heli blade. See around the building and remember the places on the floor where you have to put the bomb .. Now grab the bomb near top fun van and try to fix those bombs. Well, it is the hardest mission in GTA vice city. Most people stuck on

If you find this mission hard, maybe it's because of the default controls. Try using NUM8 instead of NUM9, NUM2 instead of NUM6, NUM6 instead of NUM5. It worked for me.

Different motives, the building was not complete in it's construction, very few lives lost (just the construction people, but this is GTA), etc.

There was a mission axed from GTA III that DEFINITELY had a 9/11 vibe though, a mission where you were going to take a mission from a bum/terrorist to allegedly kill Donald Love by ramming a plane into the building.

But it was ironically axed because of the event of 9/11.

Pretty intersting stuff too; I think because of 9/11 even some of Liberty City's similarities to NYC were changed (namely the cop cars).
