Soon to haves = Have to be a part of the good'ol Yale/Harvard boys club, Have to be from a rich white family, Have to pay off politicians, Have to use foriegn slave labor, Have to wear the right clothes, Have to have the right hair cut.....Wink Wink isn't that right haves?
I bet this guy believes that governement should intervene in abortion but at the same time claims that governement should stay out of people lives JEEZ
Is this the same Mitch Daniels that as Dubya's budget director turned a $400 billion surplus inot a $200 billion deficit prior to the neocon war in Iraq (another $800+ billion in the hole). Daniels is on record saying the Iraq invasion/war would cost only $50 billion. Talk about a don't-tax-yet-spend-and-entitle Repug.
@Tsnore every program out there ends up costing many many times more than it was supposed to originally. And it was the repub's in congress and the internet boom of the 90's that gave us a good economy. Clinton finally moved to the center, begrudgingly, and then took full credit. Obama won't budge.
It's funny how Mitch is talking about unity when he worked for a polarizing GWBush, who met in secret to develop his energy policy without any democratic input to benefit his cronies, not the public. Obama has been accommodating & conciliatory with measures that were previously bi-partisan, but the GOP has been obstructive & refused to act unless it's all-or-nothing with their shifting demands. Instead of wagging his fingers at Obama & dems, Mitch should be pointing right at the GOP & himself.
America is the world's premier land of opportunity for lobbyists & corporations to funnel & concentrate wealth to the upper class while the formerly vast middle class erodes to the barely survival levels of the lower class. Division & class warfare have always been at the root of GOP rhetoric & policies, as exemplified by George W. Bush's failed admin of which Mitch was a part. His prebuttal to the State of Union Address is ironic & deceptive in berating Obama, democrats & little of the GOP.
With heads Full of Propaganda, there is No room left for Truth!!
Young Americans were either not alive or old enough in the 1980s to remember how the Economy Boomed then, with the Exact same Principles as Daniels talks about!
Chinese importers, in conjunction with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, have ironically formed a lobbying front group ironically named American Coalition for Free Trade in Tires. The coalition is run by Jochum, Shore & Trossevin, a Washington D.C. lobby firm run by former Bush trade officials who are cashing in on their years of U.S. government service to advise foreign competitors. The law firm has used its ties to power to advise Chinese manufacturers on how to get around loopholes in the law
Americans 93 % none union and our 7% union work force we must all unite for liveable wages and healthcare. Don’t be spellbound by the talking media heads of the unscrupulous companies and Gov officials who indirectly work for them. And are trying to put a wedge between us None of them are hurting are they. Support only fair trade! Buy USA products. Lets fill our coffers again. With taxes made by product's made here by American companies. Go on line to Made in USA.
99'ers Keep up the cause, its not right for these people we put in office to be pawns to the greedy at the expense of the people the masses. Making laws that only benefit them the greedy, and justify it by saying its the law. Slavery once was legal it didn't make it right. We must change these laws for all to benefit and live with dignity self worth
When the GOP asked the American people, through a website, for ideas, one that drew great deal of interest is ending tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas. But when the administration closed one of the most egregious loopholes for companies creating jobs overseas, Republicans were almost unanimously opposed
Was this the "Republican Response to the State of the Union" or was this the "Republican State of the Union?" The scare tactics used to elicit the support of voters, such as Daniels' comparison of the US economy to the situation in Greece, serve as unfair examples that undermine the strategies both parties in the legislature who are trying to restore the growth rates we enjoyed in the 90s.
"We must work in ways we Repubs haven't always practiced to bring Americans together," says Mr. Daniels. He goes on, "No feature of the Obama presidency has been sadder than its constant efforts to divide us."
Has this man missed all of the President's constant comments about bipartisanship, working together for the good of the country rather than for partisan self-interest? The president's overdue integration of gay/lesbian citizens in the military? Looks to me like bringing together.
There is nothing simple about the situation our country is in, and saying that there is a simple solution is either naive, or just there to get stupid people to believe.
Didn't President Obama call for the parties to put aside differences and just start working for a common goal? Yet Daniels continues to make comments to separate the parties and have us continue to throw feces at each other. I don't have a problem with republicans, why do they have such problems with democrats?
if the pathetic tea party mob had any credibility it would have been formed in 2002 or 2003 or 2004 or 2005 or 2006 or 2007 or 2008 when GWB was deficit spending - instead of waiting to form in 2009 - when a black man moved into the white house - 8 years of GWB malfeasance cant be cleaned up in 36 months
They started in 2008, but got popular after Obama was elected, but while George Bush was still in office. At its heart the Tea Party was started in anger at the bailouts (after it became clear that the republican nominee supported them). It became something different along the way, but I'd say a large portion (~30%, but this number came out of my ass) of Tea Partiers are at OWS.
Listening to mitch daniels, Eric Cantor, Paul ryan, john Boehner, bachmann, hannity, limbaugh, Palin, Mitt and Mitch mcconnell prattle about economics and tax policy is like listening to Newt gingrich on the topic of marital fidelity - where were the deficit concerns from the pathetic tea party mob from 2003 thru 2008 when GWB was deficit spending while squandering hundreds of billions in iraq chasing after hussein's imaginary WMDs ?
Its really no surprise that the pinhead liberals can not see common sense in this speech. Its simple math that can solve this problem - do not spend what you do not have and make people less dependent on the government. Liberals have a disease that starts in the brain and works it way to their mouth and there seems to be no cure. It affects their ability to be rational and use common sense. We can only hope for a cure. Maybe some of the wasted stimulus dollars can be used forth is project.
Homerun! My father was an IN rep for Gov. Daniels and he is a great man and a great leader. He took the lead in changing the expensive 80/90 toll road ($100,000 a month) that was a dead weight to IN, to leasing it for $4 billion. We gain, don't owe interest, and the buyer pays for our troopers and hired 40 new troopers for the highway; they also added a new state tropper building; he gets it done. He showed he knows more about the economy in this 11 min speech than Obama did in his address.
Republicans talking about deficits! LOLOLOL!!!! Go look up the facts. Carter: debt rose 31% in four years. Ronald Reagan:up 268% in 8 years. Bush 1: Debt rose by 47% in FOUR years. Clinton: Debt grew 37% in 8 years. W: up 102% in 8 years. Obama up 43% in three years--admittedly not good, but not Republican bad.
I wonder if the idiots who buy this crap will still be buying it when they are living in tar paper shacks and working 80 hours a week? Want to know how to grow a middle class? Look to the era when we did exactly that: the 1950's. The middle class has been shrinking for 40 years while we have tried exactly what this idiot is suggesting.
"Democratic senate alias"?! Oh, calm down, you're not at war. Both Democrats and Republicans need to get their shit together, enough already. Mitch needs to just...just stop.
Republicans don't just want power, Republicans want more power. Republicans always want more. More of everything. And since the most obscenely rich among them are all unemployed, they expect us working people to give it to them.
Republicans want to make abortion illegal, are against sexual education, believe gays should neither be married nor parents, and they also believe in the abolishment of child labour laws. All of this culminates into unfit parents giving birth to children who'll continue a circle of poverty - that is if they're not killed at their probably unsafe less-than-minimum-wage job before they're old enough to have their own children.
Can anyone tell me what children ever did to Republicans? :/
Dont you just love the cut and paste rhetoric of republican talking points, trickle down economics becomes trickle down government. If you want to win a political argument simply change your rhetoric to attributes your bad ideas with your opponents. Grow up already! Your not fooling anyone.
Why do so many politicians have to instill FEAR into their BS RHETORIC to make their point? Was this guy talking about how the economic issues of the US weren't the top priority or was he talking about collapsing over Niagra Falls? BUSH WAS NOT A POPULAR GUY. FEAR DOESN'T WORK..CHANGE YOUR WAYS AND CHANGE YOUR RHETORIC. This country needs at least 2 functioning political parties to establish a consensus...oh crap....
That was a very professional, speech Mitch and I commend you for staying away from right wing hate rhetoric. However I still think you are full of crap on many things but I do agree with you on some aspect of our discussion of the economy...
Obama is right, we should give tax cuts to businesses that hire Americans and raise taxes on businesses that outsource American jobs. We could then use that money to pay off our national debt.
What about punishing businesses that outsource American jobs? Or perhaps we should give them tax breaks. It seems that many (not all) republicans care more for business rights as opposed to workers rights. Businesses care about profit, not American jobs.
ffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk yyyyyyyyyyyyooooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuu !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Gov Mitch Daniels George W. Bush's budget director you fuck
@TheMadSyrupMaker Liberalism is runing this country. Obama is just the figure head for liberal progressives. You only have to look at any predominately liberal city or state and see what bad shape their in. I don't know what's worse the idiot in the White House or the fools that put him there
@AMXBOY I don't know dude. Oregon is a pretty progressive state and we have a balanced budget amendment. Don't paint us all with the same brush. That said, this guy is full of it. Budget director for Bush? Hearing him speak of fiscal responsibility is a joke and the whole party should be ashamed to associate with him.
Man, this guy got fire for Obama, it's nice to hear someone who still believes in this country instead of only in it's government. Best State of the Union address in years.
Not quite as phenomenal as "Mindless Menace Of Violence" or "I have a dream" or "Ask not what your country can do for you"...but it still had a 1st class rhythm.
Not a bad speech. The country is in serious, serious trouble, and every American had better get that through his/her skull. If we don't deal with these problems ASAP, we're looking at an economic collapse. I couldn't pick him for prez, but Ron Paul needs to be the Treasury Secretary for the next 30 years.
"The president did not cause the economic & fiscal crisis's that continue in American tonight, but he was elected on a promise to fix them. And he can not claim that the last three years have made things anything but worse"
Translation: "We Republican fucked up the entire country badly. We gave you 3 years to fix our massive f-up. You aren't doing it fast enough, so give us all the power back to fuck it up way worse all you low information stupid suckers"
@Bolgernow We gave you 3 years to fix it? Are you freaking kidding me? Obama couldn't fix the economy in 103 years. This idiot in the White House hates private business. I can't remember a president so anti business as this clown in the White House. In Obama's speech he states accurately that we have the highest corporate tax rates in the world and companies are moving jobs overseas. His solution, let's punnish corporations more. No mention of lowering the tax rate. What a tool.
@AMXBOY oh, looking directly at your channel clips you're a fan of people(Mitch Daniels Bush's former Budget Director) who got us into our financial horror, & now want all the policies that did it to us to keep going. No thanks!
@Bolgernow No I think you can lay most of the problem of our financial crisis on Fannie and Freddie. I believe Bush wanted to reform both, but were fought at every turn by the liberal democrates.
"When I'm president, I'm going to create 10 million government jobs. Unemployment will be solved. I'm such a great job creator! I'm also going to make sure that nobody can lose their job in the private sector. It doesn't matter if someone was unproductive and deserved to lose their job, because the company is greedy and only cares about profits which are evil" -President Obama and Go. (Goons)
Wow! This was great! I now see why so many people wanted him to run for President. 1 of the best parts " That government is meant to serve the people not supervise them" @11:10 Yeah this is a huge election.. hopefully more people will get the facts and realize what needs to be done.
Considering this guy was George W. Bush's budget director and has just tried to sneak in a new law to kill unions in Indiana (The NFL Players Union called him on this). I find this whole response to be garbage. As W's budget director he helped bring us to the worst financial disaster since the Great Depression. He set the house on fire and is blaming Obama for not putting it out fast enough.
@jbvictory53 Yeah because unions don't make enough money right? Not enough protection right? I mean they have every right to hold everyone hostage until they get their way. You have all allegations and NO materialization of facts and reality pal
@jbvictory53 Unions take dues,or steal them from members without their consent. Unions maintain good paying jobs on the backs of working people.Mitch Daniels is 1 of the best Governors in the nation. At least when Mitch Daniels was budget director, there was a budget. Bush combined debt in 2008 left to Obama=$700 billion. Obama annual deficit $1.5 trillion. Senate democrats no budget in over 1000. Daniels would be an upgrade to DC today. This is obama's economy now, blaming bush=yawn
I can't believe as a member of the GOP, that he had the nerve to mention the 'Middle Class', has he been absent for the past 11 years or just conveniently forgotten what his party has done to the middle class, what an ass hat.
Don't Worry! We, the nation , we are no blind. Obama's promises fail because of the congress ( republicans ) They are the responsables of the condition of U.S.A., they say "NO!" to everything Obama propose, just because they don't like him. When the lobbyist become more important than people??!!!.IT'S TIME TO GROW UP CONGRESS! .Until congress don't say "YES!" to Obama's plans , WE CAN'T SAY IS OBAMA FAULT. Very simple.
'job creators; don't create jobs because they received tax breaks, they ONLY create jobs when they are unable to produce the # of products requested with the current # of employees. With 1/5 adult males out of work, and an unfavorable international trade climate, companies simply don't have the demand to create jobs. We've given the private sector ample time and encouragement to step forward with job creation. They are not interested, so our plan B is to tax them more and create gov't jobs
@arr4gtr not to mention if the taxes werent as high as they are would you need "tax breaks"...the 800 pound gorilla sitting in the middle of the romm is deficit spending...not more revenue. dems have REFUSED to talk about spending cuts. ask yourself why...especially if the presidential debt commision recommended both. hell obama ignored the advice from his own commission he hand picked
@rosecityken taxes really aren't that high for what we're expecting the gov't to do. Some are not but most of those clamoring for lower taxes are the same people clamoring for war with Iran. Saying the dems have REFUSED to talk about spending cuts is a LIE. Obama was willing to sign on to the most sweeping 'entitlement' reforms in the history of the country but the GOP candidates won't agree to a 10:1 cuts:revenue. Good luck learning the truth through your FAUX news sources.
@arr4gtr The truth? You libs would choke on the truth. Obama doesn't want to cut entitlements. He might agree to some small reform just to get a huge tax increase. They need to STOP SPENDING MONEY. Obama is the most anti business president that's ever came down the pike. The guy has been in office now for 3 years and he just doesn't get it. He doesn't undrestand the economy or even how jobs are created. He has created more government jobs. Not sure just how many Czar jobs he's created.
It truly unfortunate that in the response, the Republicans couldn't bring themselves to just say, "We have our disagreements, but here are the things we will work on with the President." Obama's metaphor of the soldiers going up a dark staircase was very apt. Hearing the Republican response, I couldn't shake the feeling I wouldn't want to go anywhere with them watching my back. I might get stabbed in it.
@ 3:59 "a positive and credible plan to make life better" Truly is what the opposition needs, unfortunately we've tried trickle down before and it has NEVER worked. The wealth gap and corporatocracy are only enhanced by GOP policies.
@arr4gtr You're not even old enough to know... I lived through the carter disaster, gas lines, high prices, high unemployment.. and saw the HUGE revitalization during the Reagan admin..I notice you guys NEVER offer any facts just allegations , I mean a 2 year old can do that.
@carlindelco Well, perhaps you're too old to use your brain. I can read and therefore I have access to information that precedes my experience. From the Reagan admin we got 1)the drug war, 2)the Iran-Contra Scandal, 3)the widest income gap we had ever known.Had the high gas prices remained, the energy companies themselves would have sought to sell cheap, renewable energy sources. Instead they killed prototypes of electric and hydro-electric cars. So thanks Reagan (good riddance)
@arr4gtr LOL u prove my point , starting off with an insult. Ohh the drug war? and Iran contra? both of which have NOTHING to do with what I was talking about, so save those comments for another day. I have to break it to you, you guys aren't half as smart as you say and believe you are. U need to find another hobby where being "smart" is not required. Try rating bieber videos.
@robertmike57 Sorry pal but the unions have already done that. Just take a look at the states that are NOT right to work and tell me how well their state economies are doing? Unions suck. They ruined more companies and industry than can be mentioned here. Automotive Industry, Trucking Industry. Oh yeah and their doing such a wonderful job inmproving the standard of Education in this country too.
4:45 make money be successful. Shared success is the only success. Be a capitalist. Employee, small business, big business, investor. Be generous. Goes biblical.
Mitch has created jobs for Indiana! If you're pro Obama, what do you think about the NDAA bill he signed?? I was with Obama when he talked about change, I just didn't think things would get worse. People need to open their eyes!! Oh, and just because they say unemployments going down, it means people who've run out of benefits don't count as unemployed anymore! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I can't help thinking people would vote for Obama again...but for the wrong reasons!
@iwonderwhoitis22 All Democrats are angry hateful people who just blame others for their own short comings. You sir are an idiot. Truth hurts I know....I'll pray for you.
@Hydreigon666 The debt equals the GDP. That's unprecedented. Inflation rates are also unprecedented. I'm not blaming Obama entirely. Bush did the most damage, but Obama is making the situation worse by continuing on the same trajectory. Keynesian economics have failed us. It's time to smell the roses. Deep budget cuts focusing on military spending AND raising taxes on the wealthy are both needed.
There is no mention of how the Republicans abandoned their own economic improvement programs for fear that it would help the Obama presidency. The Republicans have done more damage to this nation during the Obama presidency than Obama could ever do. Republicans need to start acting like responsible Americans and not whiny sore losers. They have kept millions out of work to make sure they can get Obama out of office. I am done with these hypocrites.
@thenikker1969 What are you talking about? The Republicans passed their economic improvement programs. They even passed a budget. Nearly every bill in limbo is stuck in the SENATE, where the Democrats are currently in charge. Harry Reid often blocks them from even coming up for a vote. If Obama wants to blame Congress, he should be more specific and blame Reid and the rest of the Senate leadership.
@thenikker1969 You need to take a hard look at your president. He hates capitalism, the private sector, private business. You can't be dumb enough to think Obama's really trying to create jobs? The guy would have to actually have had a real job in his life first to understand what that means. This guy is running for office again. Campaigning. That's all this guy knows how to do. How about Boeing wanting to open a new plant in SC. Who blocked it? Obama. Keystone pipeline? Obama.
I also gotta ask, why did they pick this guy to respond to Obama? Obama gave an interesting speech, regardless of whether or not you agreed with it, it kept your attention. This guy is as boring as you can get. This isn't gonna win independent voters.
@151user Obama's speech was interesting, despite its contradictions (i.e. promises to cut AND spend more), because he had time to prepare. On the other hand, the response in the SOTU has some people look up some possibly relevant statistics, watch Obama's speech, quickly write up a response and put it on the teleprompter for the chosen politician. It's understandable that the response (no matter the minority party) is not going to be as good, unless you get a REALLY good off-the-cuff speaker.
@151user So let me get this straight. you vote for whoever "entertains" you the most? If you represent the mainstream voters...and I'm afraid you do, then it's no wonder we are going down the shitter. Please neighbor, don't vote. And please go watch TV or something, and occupy your thoughts with things you are better suited to understand...politics obviously are over your head.
@robertmike57 Please educate yourself on the issues, and if you want to have a mature discussion about it please PM me. I assure you I can rebut ANY thing you have to say positive about Obama with FACTS! Please take the challenge. Out of curiosity, how old are you? The reason I ask, is this. If you are old enough to remember how this country used to be, then you would be able to plainly see how it has declined, and our liberty is being taken away. Obama being the worst offender. Argue that.....
@ObamaDefeat2012 I'm old enough to remember when a company like Lilly didn't flout drug patent laws to continue Prozac patent from 1996-2002, making billions. Daniels is responsible for that. And old enough to remember a progressive tax system was good for the country, and voted Republican until 1992 when I could see making the richer richer with low taxes helped only the rich. Doubt if you could have a mature discussion as you're a patronizing prick.
@robertmike57 I'm a prick? You are the one name calling here. Your right, I don't think a mature discussion with the likes of you would be possible...have a nice day. And for the record, Mitch wasn't the issue. So let me be sure I understand you. You are calling me a nut, based on my lack of support for Obama, and you are using some unrelated facts about Mitch Daniels as your excuse to call me names? You still haven't made a case, you just made yourself look like an intolerant asshole. Peace.
@ObamaDefeat2012 I called you a patronizing prick because you are. That crap about "how old are you?" was exactly that. And I reject the hare brained notion this country is in decline, but its mostly Republicans who have gutted progressive taxation causing revenue shortfalls.
As for something positive about Obama: killing bin Laden, except I know anti Obama retards give all the credit to Bush on that with their "facts"
@robertmike57 Dude let it go. I could care two shits about anything you have to say at this point. You act like a child so the question of age was valid. Have a nice day.
@robertmike57 revenue shortfalls? we have the highest corporate tax rate in the world....now that japan FINALLY smartened up. we have expanded the government 24% in the last 3 years. we in effect are raising the cost of doing business..and out the other side of our mouth demonizing companies that are forced to leave the u.s. to survive in a global marketplace. Your president is the one who said " the last thing we need to do during a recession is RAISE TAXES!"
@robertmike57 facts are inconvenient things arent they... because im sure your guy barack supported interrogating the people we got the intel from...o wait HE DIDNT....to be honest he wanted to close down the place that they did the interrogating, it was his first act as president. yeah, he may have signed the order....but saying it wasnt because of the system bush set up is intellectually corrupt. and more revisionist history
@rosecityken LOL! I knew you had to go the another ID to spout your tripe. oh Government gets far less % of its revenue from corporate taxes than it did 50 years ago, a high corporate tax rate is meaningless if corporations don't pay it. God, if that's what you got for facts, its no wonder you're a retard.
@ObamaDefeat2012 BTW I'm no fan of Obama, its taken him a long time to realize trying to work with Republicans is fruitless.
I'm glad Daniels chose the Indiana War Memorial to give his speech. It's maintained with prison labor: Indiana War Memorial downtown has found a way to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in maintenance costs. They found people who will work for no more than $1.50 per hour. Google: Inmates providing bargain labor for cash-strapped state agencies
@ObamaDefeat2012 I never said this speech affected how I vote. There is no way I'd vote for someone like Gingrich, anyway. I was speaking from a strategical perspective. The State of the Union is year is pretty-much a campaign message, the Republican party had their shot to rebuke it, and mostly blew it. By lacking interest, Daniels is going to capture the distrust and disinterest of many independent voters who will view it as yet-another politician trying to win people over.
@151user Who said anything about Gingrich? By "strategical"...I assume you mean, as in strategy to "get votes"?So yeah, your comment was kinda stupid.I'll say it again,if people vote, and that includes you since you made the comment, based on how "entertaining" a speech is, then they/you have no business voting. You speak as though what you say is FACT, when the fact is it's only your opinion.I thought Daniels was right on the money. And isn't that what politicians do? Try to win people over?Duh
@ObamaDefeat2012 I said 'someone like Gingrich'. How is my comment stupid regarding getting votes? Mitch Daniel's speech is of course looking ahead to the election, trying to counter any popularity Obama may have gained in this speech. And not everyone is going to vote based on how entertaining someone is, but a charismatic persona is going to draw attention from many people (not all).
@ObamaDefeat2012 And, yes, I know this is my opinion. But seeing as Obama's popularity has risen 10% since then, according to some surveys (though, grant it, some of that is due to the economy going up, and unemployment decreasing), I would say Daniels didn't really leave much of an impact here. And, yes, politicians try to win people over. Obama was also trying to win people over with his speech. When did I say otherwise?
It's your fault.. no it's your fault... no... no.. no WAKE UP AMERICANS.. If you do the same thing over and over again expecting different results it is called INSANITY!! Get rid of these bums, get people in there that will restore the power to the people, take their oath of office seriously and not just give lip service to the Constitution!! Stop the lies, stand for truth and integrity, Ron Paul 2012!
I like how he tries to brainwash the people into believing everything will be fine and dandy if we elect Republicans. Keep that "favorite team" bullshit in football where it belongs because it doesn't work when the nation is in debt to China. Just because the other countries use our currency to trade doesn't mean they are going to tolerate this. After all, the bigger you are - the harder you fall.
both parties are failures. The American public knows tfis is just theatre, The lesser of two evils is still evil.. I have lost faith in government. The internet has allowed me countlrss hours to research American history and the picture isn't pretty or anthing like I was taught in school.
Steve Jobs? He gave 500,000 jobs to the Chinese manufacturers, but I fail to see how he was any less damaging than the stimulus plan he was compared to.
Okay Mitch Daniels. Children that are born into poverty and go to crappy urban schools are not "soon-to-haves", they are the "have-nots". What a mentality this guy has; a classic Ayn Randian mind-set.

The law firm has used its ties to power to advise Chinese manufacturers on how to get around loopholes in the law

They started in 2008, but got popular after Obama was elected, but while George Bush was still in office. At its heart the Tea Party was started in anger at the bailouts (after it became clear that the republican nominee supported them). It became something different along the way, but I'd say a large portion (~30%, but this number came out of my ass) of Tea Partiers are at OWS.

@robertmike57 facts are inconvenient things arent they... because im sure your guy barack supported interrogating the people we got the intel from...o wait HE DIDNT....to be honest he wanted to close down the place that they did the interrogating, it was his first act as president. yeah, he may have signed the order....but saying it wasnt because of the system bush set up is intellectually corrupt. and more revisionist history
rosecityken 1 month ago

ObamaDefeat2012 1 month ago

I agree. He's the only one that has gotten it eight for almost 40 years. Have any of these other clowns ever gotten anything right?
Let the bankruptcy begin so people can see how naked the emperor really is. That will wake at least some of them up. The rest can't be saved.

Okay Mitch Daniels. Children that are born into poverty and go to crappy urban schools are not "soon-to-haves", they are the "have-nots". What a mentality this guy has; a classic Ayn Randian mind-set.
