I served two one year tours with a SPTT Team in Iraq. When training foreign fighters this is not the way to accomplish the mission, especially when dealing with Iraqi`s. This is the kind of crap that is causing those forces to not act on there own. You start with the leadership first!. This Army Hooahh just defused the leadership causing continued problems.
