RECOMMENDED MEANS of prevention and rehabilitation being infected by PUTIVEDEV genetically engineered virus is to watch "Alexandra" by Sokurov AND "12" by MIHALKOV 24 HOURS A DAY.
putivedev genetically modified virus can be resistant to the perception of firm ideas, aggressive, contagious. There is no way to prevent infection, but - the physical destruction of genetically modified virus putivedev.
PUTIVEDEV. genetically modified virus. first detected in the 15 st. RESULTed by experiments conducted by Finno-Ugric-MONGOLIAN shamans OVER RUS colonizers coming from the Dnieper to the volga.
Another useless agreement and speech. Russia isn't going to nuke us any more than we are going to nuke them. This accord doesn't make us any more, or less safe. To trumpet success in Russia while North Korea and Iran loom large is dangerous... it distracts from the true threat. Speeches aren't going to keep us safe, nor are new treaties with countries we already Have treaties with. Obama's showing how weak he is now by dancing with Putin's puppet, instead of stomping on China's maddog, Kim.
I agree with you, I am russian and I am happy that both nations have come to the realization that if one nukes the other the well basically fuck the world, it will be distroyed. But reducing the arms is never a bad thing, also I think that both countries view the threat from N. Korea and Iran in the same way, little shit-talkers, either russia or the us could extinguish both in minutes if they wanted to.
But I think that Russia's move to legitimize Iranian elections did not do much good. There is also a mistrust between both our countries that needs to be ironed out.
Russia may present diplomatic problems in different parts of the world, but the USSR had for nearly 70 years, yes? It never stopped us from getting things done, or protecting our interests and allies throughout the world. Now, Russia is our "ally". While the missile defense shield in Europe is contentious, the fact is that the nuke that starts the next war will have been manufactured in either Iran or PRK, not Russia or any of the other's in the "club". Obama is wasting his trip, and our money.
Your guess of were Iran's nuclear capability orinates is incorrect. PRK engineers and designs are what you have there. Iran enrichment facilities, are carbon copies of PRKs, because they were built by PRK/Iran. PRK is Iran's "Aberdeen Proving Grounds" PRK is heavily financed by Iran and in return serves in that capacity. If you see PRK test a bomb or missile, bet it will be on a boat to Iran soon after. Russia is impervious to "Hope and Change" Obama is already trumped...a political dilettante.
Focus in Russia should be on agreements over defensive missiles in Poland, Energy and Economics. When did the USA become so weak that we needed Anyones help dealing with 2-bit dictators in bad suits? Obama is empowered Russia and PRC, and degrading our ability to project political will in the world, while at the same time giving it to Them. PRC is a political dictatorship, Russia only marginally better. The worlds only superpower is capitulating and abdicting our moral authority to dictators.
You are 2 beats behind the music here. Russia offered to GIVE Iran fuel rods and build the reactors. Iran refused them. Russia doesnt represent a solution, but another failed attempt to divert Irans march to nukes. PRK can do what its doing because of Irans financing. China may "want an NK", but Kim already thumbed his nose at Them. USA has projected power militarily and politically above PRC, and USSR's ability to stop us. For a century the world has looked to us. Not anymore thanks to Obama.
Russia offered to build it in Russia. They supply the rods and fuel, Iran pays for the Uranium. Russia pumps back electricity. That was the deal that the Russians gave. Iran refused.
The world looked away thanks to Bush, not Obama. Obama is well loved and leaders do not want to cross a person that is more popular than them in their own country.
US is still the biggest player. But she is going to rely more and more on BRIC countries and regional powers like EU, ASEAN and AU.
Obama isn't popular in Russia...again, 2 beats behind the music. The "Please Love Me" tour wentover like a lead zeppelin over there. The only place he's really popular is in Muslim countries and parts of W. Europe. He's even slipping in the personal polls here, while his policies are polling much lower. Nuke agreements w/Russia don't make us any safer... as I said, the threat lies elswhere. Who besides Iran wants a nuclear Iran? Chavez? Kim? No Arab countries do, that's certain.

Russia is key to issues with North Korea and Iran.
Speeches are still important. You sense the direction from there.
I share your concerns about Putin too. We would wait and see how that went.

Obama is definitely not wasting money. There is a need to take the fear and the suspicion out of Russia. As I said they are critical.
The next nukes could come from anywhere. It was from Pakistan that Iran has her nukes today.

You always needed it. Lessons from the past tell us so too. It has nothing to do with political dictators.
Who wants a North Korea but does not want it to have nukes? China.
Who has the best solution to the Iranian nukes? Russia.
You still need them.
