I'm from Mississippi born and raised. I recognized your accent right off the bat, ha ha ha. I live in Milwaukee, but there are a TON of people from MS in Milwaukee, so my accent goes unnoticed for the most part. Every now and then someone will ask me "where are you from, you have an accent", it's funny to me!!
Im from ga...ive noticed alot of the people have toned down their"true" southern accent...we do this in a professional setting...but i think its defeating the purpose of the experiment..ill be doing one soon in my natural"country to death"dialect...repping macon ga..
