@TheRevisedTimepiece megatron is frank welker,also known for fred from scooby doo, and apu and the cave of wonders from alladin. he's been in pretty much everything. he wasent robotnik though.

i have it on the best authority that he was blasting the music under direct order of megs, who threatened his life were he to stop.
