  • @Burcidi. I explained the trick in the video itself. Breathing is very important. Go within. Get strength from within. It is a mind body connection. Strength of hands and shoulders also helps. Also beginners modifications are also explained in the video.

  • I've been trying to do the chakrasana for several weeks and the problem I have is that I can't get my arms to straighten out. My head always remains touching the floor. What could I be doing wrong?
