@Burcidi. I explained the trick in the video itself. Breathing is very important. Go within. Get strength from within. It is a mind body connection. Strength of hands and shoulders also helps. Also beginners modifications are also explained in the video.
I've been trying to do the chakrasana for several weeks and the problem I have is that I can't get my arms to straighten out. My head always remains touching the floor. What could I be doing wrong?

In the bhangra aerobic video that I saw n this one now, It looks like U have lost one whole person. Good Job, Kiran. Pls give me some tips on weight loss, is it yoga, diet or what???
