... in my opinion, those graphical errors happen from the old fashioned game cartriges like those from NES and N64. But I've never thought it could also happen in that PS2 or X360 disc!

In warriors orochi 2 i found a glitch that if you are on 2 player and are fighting lu bu in samurai story 4 or 5 it never ends my friend and i ran around for five minutes you cant kill anything either then it gives you one red ring of death. it was funny

It may be your TV oooor it could be your disk. Check your disk for scratches.
