The video maker clearly has an agenda to make this out to seem so harsh and scary. Josh rides well. The "accident waiting to happen" remark and the final cut where they edit in some horn sound is done in an effort to make him and the job look much more reckless than he/it is.
Not to bring a jinx but there hasn't been even a minor accident at 4 Star in many years.The narrator is really just editing to work in what he wants to say. So it goes with most videos made by industry outsiders...
A good video, but really, there's no reason for this guy to take the risks he takes. I don't dive through gaps in cross-traffic the way he does, and I still make it from the Sears Tower to the Hancock in about five minutes. What he's doing--without a helmet, no less--is mainly just for show.
The key isn't taking the biggest risk. It's more picking the right route.
