ONLY google sells the phone & unfortunately, nexus/google ONLY has email support w/at least 3-day waiting period 4 response, 2 separate cancellation fees if unsatisfied: 1 from google & 1 from t-mobile: about $550, 3g ONLY works on t-mobile network (sorry, unlocked phones); TONS of connectivity problems since its release, nexus has more "buttons" & an inconsistent trackball, touchscreen is glitchy & less accurate... sadly, nexus isn't exactly the iphone killer i hoped 4 :(
