Hands on... My training was a lecture and a test. The only hands on mission was the last one where I had to 'treat' 3 injured soldiers in choronological order based on the most extreme to least extreme injuries.

the training missions aren't the same.depends if your computer could ron great quality gaming for this one.

Third, no, they get gradually more realistic. The medical training in 2 is more detailed, but that is because it is the actual medical training. AA3 so far only has Combat Life Saver, Medic is labeled "Coming Soon".
