whatever, it's a plastic bottle that bounced off his head. David Yow from the Jesus Lizard had a glass bottle shatter across his head when a fan through it in 94. He composed himself for a minute, grabbed the mic and said "nice shot, dick" and then started the song over and finished the set. Now that's rad.

Morrissey made a stand so this does not happen in the future. People used to gob on the punk bands and people throw things at footballers. It is not acceptable and he did the right thing. I don't think it would have been that sore, and he could have finished the show. It was the wrong thing to do and you can under stand someone walking off when they get hit by something hard, but it was a small plastic bottle that bounced off his head....maybe it was his ego that got hurt!

Yeah - the truth is Morrissey gets bottles thrown at him because the first half of the show contains Smiths material (ie: strong material) mixed in with his 'newer' material which is often forgettable. Morrissey has made SOME great records but hes a rich liberal twat who takes himself too seriously.
