that was an empty lot where they shot that video, they created a modern "New Jerusalem" all of those sets were created from the floor-up, except the street scene with the motor bikes. I love her bad romance video concept, but Judas is her BEST video concept because it relates to the song and it was inspired by the story of Judas betraying Jesus, and a lot of people didn't know who Judas was until they heard the song or saw the video.
