I know this is permissible in Islam- well opinion differs but anyway what is the background singing- is it Quranic Recitation or is it Jalaluddin Rumi's poetry being sung?
mavelana was born in balkh provence of afghanistan and then he went to naishapore of iran and then to baghdad and came to kistantania istanbul . for more information refer to mavelanas life book . you will know more , ....
I wish I knew what they were singing, but the tone and the pace already makes it feel really solemn. May the peace and blessing of God be on Muhammed, his last and most beloved messenger on this beautiful Earth.
dervishes used to be in india cuz turkish ppl came to dehli n most of them stayed thats y indian muslims hav a lot of turkish or iranian influence on them
no dont make such make up lies please...sufi is from man called mevlana, mevlana ( a turkish man) came from irak and came back to turkey and did the dervish...look through mevlana websites...you will find out where sufi orginally came and how it looked like....the sufi nowadays that is outside turkey happens isn't called really a sufi anymore...they make it funky
Sometimes Darveshes swirl in commemoration of Maulanas raqs, but sometimes they are really in wajd. According to spiritual scientists each and every particle of the universe is in wajd and busy in Zikr Allah as Allah o Noor us Samawat e wal arz Allah is the light of universe, discovery of atom, light theory all tell the same.
hold on .. man of the century in Muslim world is no other than Iqbal .. there is no doubt about it and dont argue ..
second thing is .. this dance is beautiful, elegant and most important it is Turkish.. i love turkey and its people.. but when they invent this dance they were also stretching Islamic empire and protecting the rest of UMMAH .. if u people just start doing this dance and forget the other duties of Islam then find ur way to hell !!
I know what this represents (more or less), but don't know what to call this. I want to see this in person someday, but how would I ask to see this by name?
