I've owned both the movie and the soundtrack by Steve Jablonsky for a while now (love both of them) but what a surprise when I found out, one of my favourite tracks from Top Gear was actually used in the trailer for Steamboy xD

Download 'Audacity' (its 100% free) Open it, go to 'Edit' then 'Preferences', then under 'Recording', then 'Device' click the little arrow and find 'Rec. Playback'. Hit the record button on Audacity, then play the youtube video, make sure the volume isn't too loud or it'll sound bad.

To be honest this doesn't really sound John Powell style to me. Not until 1:30, anyway. It seems more Trevor Rabin-like. Just my opinion!

And, by the way, Steve Jablonsky's Steamboy score is pure awesome...one of my absolute favorites and much better than Transformers.

Awesome, thanks for posting this!!! I had emailed German station 3Sat some year or two back after they used exactly this track for a trailer and I couldnt get it out of my head. But never found it. Til today :-)
