YMCMB and all that other shit is mainstream, filling kids heads with visions of money and shit they won't ever have. Tyler, the Creator however, talks about real issues, with real feelings backing everything he raps about. Be it anger towards his father(inglorious) or his craving for sexual escapades (Transylvania), he always has feelings and emotions

Technique in a work is different than the content of a work. As a fan of rap, I love the flow of both rappers, but not the content in the lyrics and the video. Tyler spits good, clearly, but has nothing to say, and use vulgarity delivered well, to cover up his lack of substance. The side effect, however, is that sounding off and acting on film like an asshole, doesn't make him cool; it just makes them look like an asshole.
