Mine wasn't that hard to catch, unless I got lucky... I just threw an ordinary pokeball at it, the 2nd one i'd used, the first abra broke free and teleported. I didn't fight them at all and he was caught. Before that I did try to use Sonar on it to confuse it but it teleported before I could try it. Didn't have any other status like moves so failing that I just thought what the hell i'll just throw another ball at him... It worked lol... They do love to teleport though little buggers...
Action replay is just gay, if you have an action replay you can just have all the pokemon anyway, then there is no point in the game, might as well just switch it on and it says the end.

swarm is when you finish the game go to sandgem town then talk to dawns little sis there will be different swarms everyday

use a quick ball or just buy a shit load of poke/great/ultra balls and hope you get lucky

Is pretty easy, just use 1 premier ball (you get it free when you first time buy pokeballs) And there it is!
