  • I have the large Variety Wandering Jew which was my Grandmothers and have had it for over 40 years. Now it has gotten some kind of white spotting on it and holes. What could it be and can it be saved??? HELP! Love your channel

  • @FitnessFocus1959 Sounds like you have leaf spot. The best thing you can do for that is remove the leaves that have it. Is it very many?

  • @mattshomefacts Yes. What happened was I was away all suimmer and it overgrew in a partly shady spot and I trimmed it down yesterday and almost all the leaves had the gray spot and holes. I don't want to lose the plant as it was my Grandmothers. it's always been super hearty. Would it grow back if I removed almost all the leaves and stems and prune it down to almost nothing?

  • Hi Matt.just found your channel :).i live in So. Fl.. I've got a Spider plant right now.w/.TONS of babies,in an outside hanging container. Now I'd like to put my Wandering Jew in a matching container on the other side... which leads to my question..do you think it will thrive in that spot? ( NW corner sun from about 1:30 till sunset) I LOVE SP's! I made 4 other plants from the spider plant already and I've only had for about 6 months!!! I'm hoping to do the same w/ my WJ ,Thank you!
