I still can't understand why some phil media people like to call it the 1st FULLY automated election when... only the counting and consolidation of votes is automated and voting is still done manually thru paper and marker...

Lalabas ang totoo kung sino nanalo. alang dapat ikatakot na madadaya kandidato nyo sana naman yung matatalong kandidato wag na mag protesta pa.sayang panahon ginugugol sa mga hearing ng comelec pag lipas ng ilang taon babaliktarin din desisyon nila kung kailan tapos na term nung nanalong kandidato.

great....now even the natives and the voters don't know how to write can vote.....just like eating peanuts...just shade the circle and done...

This is just another expense for the Government. There are a lot of things to consider when implementing this technology. My main concerns are: are voters ready or even aware of the processes? how fast can they fix if they will encounter technical issues? do they have enough staff to support such technology?...well...educating 100 people on how to use this is hard...what can you expect if its more than that.
