It's from the japanese series of games called Touhou. The band who makes this music IOSYS is the one who made this flash video, IOSYS remixes tunes from the original game.

2. Then ones singing it are the male singer from COOL&Create and miko (she's famous for "Marisa Stole the Precious Thing")

and

3. This is a remix of SA's stage 3 theme, Suika's theme, and I think maybe even Yuugi's theme. So it is a touhou song.
