Yes yes...this is just wonderful...There is an old song..that says when your worried and you can't sleep count your blessings instead of sheep and you'll fall asleep counting your blessings..well its the same with prayer...its amazing that once you start thinking of others your own worries melt away and your prayer for them carries..you and others up to God's arms and you fall asleep in peace..
