Oh c'mon Zek and Balok were awesomely over the top and Neelix was pretty good in his interactions with the crew. Finnegan was completely annoying but keep in mind he was a hallucination so Kirk's mind exaggerated so my #1 is Charlie, to this day I skip through most of Charlie X. Wesley was only annoying in the first season when they gave him all those Deus Ex Machina moments, once the series picked up momentum they pretty much ignored him.

Has a pointless happy-go-lucky attitude; constantly blurting out silly and irrelevant opinions. WORF. Actually, Judzia (sp?)-Dax became the most annoying when she hooked up with Worf and went baby-happy. I agree about Wesley, but also his MOM! I've got to disagree here. Clint Howard is THE MAN. For most annoying Star Trek character ever, I pick Wesley Crusher. There is sweet relief, however. Read Diane Duane's Dark Mirror. The Mirror Universe's Terran Empire endures into the 24th Century (but is still in trouble) and we get to see Wesley put into the Agony Booth after a failed assasination attempt on Jean-Luc Picard.

Wesley Crusher doesn't belong on this list. I think that Tasha Yar should be at number 1. I can't stand her. To me Tasha Yar is the most annoying character on Star Trek. And Wesley is the most sexiest character on Star Trek.

I've not seen TNG yet, but I think he's kind of cute. Of course, I always fall for brown eyes, especially after discovering Spock. :)

The most annoying characters in Star Trek is every single person who was ever in ST The next generation. I fugging HATE that show! It so freakin' anal retentive and politiclly correct . From the opening "where no ONE has gone before" --Oh that's right, we don't want to offend women so lets change it to "no one" instead of "no man" even though man is short for HUMAN. I hate the guts of that stupid show. and this freakin' Deanna Troi shit. WTF is that? A shrink breathing down everyones neck??

Worf's son Alexander should be up near the top of this list. Scenes with him in them were almost unwatchable IMO.

I can think of some other annoying characters...for some reason, sometimes Harry Kim annoyed me...as did Tuvok...he was just such a downer.
