The US has a doccument called the Geneva Convention. It prohibites US soldiers and Guantanamo Bay guards from POWs of a foriegn nation. Al Quada and the Taliban are not a foriegn nation. So frankly we can do whatever we want to them.

interesting... but how about this... let all american prissoners in jails for whatever they did or didn't do be treated just like those islamists in guantanamo bay... then they can't bitch that they are being treated any differently... i wonder how many gauntanamoers are just as guilty as those beheaded soldiers...
isn't it perplexing how this simple solution eludes us?
