PSYCH-K is awesome and so is Karen. She lives and teaches from the heart. She's patient, positive and authentic. PSYCH-K brings out the best in us and we all want that. There is hope, we can change for the better! All we have to do is learn PSYCH-K (with Karen), and use it to become congruent with our best version of ourself.
