  • Doesnt look bad, I could easy live with that no problem. Maybe I'm too old school but to me everything is good what's not gynecomastia

  • @KravaLLT However, if a surgeon strives to make something look good more than just for still photos and arms at sides, then we are talking about a result looking natural while living life. Each to his / her own opinion.

While the chest no longer has a female contour, it is still a disfigured unnatural appearance that embarrassed that individual. The scars attract the eye in their movement and ruin the beauty of muscles flexing. The best surgery looks natural.

  • and for this solution ?

    1) Lipofill, add fat with staminal cell, also 2, 3, 4... time until result is ok

    2) Move up areola

    3) Remove fat also in upper area of pectoral

  • @David76it The last failed operation was a disaster because the surgeon took a small hole and instead of filling it, made a bigger hole by just doing that: more fat removal. The problem is that when so much fat is removed, the skin sticks to the deeper structures. The extended crater deformity may look OK on a still photo, but on animation, flexing muscles, it looks hideous! I have yet to see any fat grafts added that looked natural on animation, moving, flexing.

  • @David76it part2: My fat flaps would have addressed the smaller hole before the last surgeon made that mess. There are many examples on my site how living adjacent fat looks good on animation in the hands of a good sculptor. I have seen so many patients unhappy after fat grafting that might look good only on a still photo. The problem is that we do not live our lives with our hands at our sides not moving.

  • @David76it part 3 The areola are in a natural position, higher would look terrible. I have examples of that on my website for areola positioning. If you have examples that demonstrate good results not hiding the remaining problems by only showing limited views, post them in our forum. Do not buy a used car unless you walk all the way around and see how it works. The same should go for "proof" of a surgical technique.

  • @David76it if a man would remove "all" fat/gland over pectoral musche so that it is possible see musche definition ?

it is not possible use superficial liposuction to leave minimal fat (3/5 mm max) under skin ?

i dont undestand why in abdominal region is possible remover "all fat" over musche leave only same mm and why not in pectoral area ?

    thank

  • @David76it Removing all the fat can look OK for those who want to look good when at rest. The problem is that the body also needs to look good when flexing muscles & moving. There needs a small amount of fat between the skin & muscle for movement. Missing that tissue, the skin sticks to the muscle creating this disaster. If you go to the description by the movie, there is a link to our forum to better discuss such issues. Here, youtube does not let us use links to demonstrate issues.

  • is it possible that his defect will improve with time?

some patients heals uptil 3-4 years after surgery

  • @funkyguyxxx scars can improve over time to a degree. Unfortunately, it is unlikely these will resolve much. Documentation is the best way to demonstrate if they get better or not. According to the patient, the surgeon felt that there was nothing wrong with the chest as it looked with that flexing deformity. However, there is an emotional component. Having a patient come back just to get videos long term is an inconvenience to the patient.

  • It looks to me like he has no muscle in the lower portion of his chest. Would it be possible for him to gain some fat and then reconstruct from there?

  • @sdg954 muscle is there. When all the fat cells are severely depleted from a region as in this example, fat gained will go where the remaining fat cells are. If the defect of missing fat is too wide, fat with a blood supply will not reach the entire defect. Fat moved as grafts tends to mostly die turning into firm fibrous tissue just like gland and also does not look good on animation. Until a very wide zone of fat can be created in the defect that moves like fat, no fix today.

  • ok..my question is...did this new doctor FIX it... is that even possible

  • @JohnyVain you can read more about this individual on my site, the video by itself only is part of the story. The patient came to me after problems from a NJ surgeon. There were revision options. The patient then had revision surgery in NY. The revision options were destroyed by the NY surgeon. Results look bad. This is the problem when such doctors only use one or 2 still photos to document their results. That is the purpose of the web page demonstrating the issue of incomplete photo evaluation

  • @JohnyVain no, not with current technology.

  • In comparison to gyno I'd take that!!

  • @BigQuads but why settle for a deformity like that instead of a refined sculpture that also moves well like you can see on the many examples of my website on gynecomastia. Getting rid of the gyno is a good goal, but the result should also move well. It is not enough to look good for a still photo. It is so much better to also look good in real life.

  • @BigQuads True aye, it looks heaps better than gyno. I reckon if the dude just worked out at gym to build his chest, the so called complications would become virtually unnoticed

  • @Urbanfire123 sorry, working out does not remove scars of the skin sticking down to the muscle. He had tried such intense exercise and therapy to no avail. Better surgeon selection is better for prevention. That is why looking how tissues move is so critical in picking your surgeon.

  • @Urbanfire123 same here. Id rather have this then gyno anyday. I just dont hopy they mess up my surgery in 2 months=/

  • @mrmag1cc each to his own. Some men actually like living with breasts. The person who came to me opinion is part of the documentation. Use the link by the description to find our forum to more thoroughly discuss such issues.

  • @DrBermant That is true. Thanks for the quick response. However, surgeons here might not be as experienced as in the usa. I live in a much smaller country(netherlands) so I hope they have the same 'skills' as the surgeons in the usa.

  • @mrmag1cc Why persist in a dialogue here when I have given you a better place to discuss such issues? If you had used the forum and I would have been able to post a link on how to pick a gynecomastia surgeon. Oh well....

  • @BigQuads The individual did not agree and said that he rather have his problem before the deformity from the New York Plastic Surgeon's attempt at "revision" surgery causing this defect. That problem had a surgical solution. This extended crater defect did not. Gynecomastia and deformities come in different degrees as you can see on the many examples on my Gynecomastia Encyclopedia.
