though its sad to think youll never see the 10th and first doctor together onscreen, its cool to see that previous doctors are still willing to show up as cameos. in fact, the series is due for another "doctors episode" maybe the 11th, 10th and 9th team up?
@sirdaveysockrocker I would rather like the 50th anniversary special to be a mutli-doctor episode, like they did with the 25th anniversary special "The Five Doctors", but with all 11/12 Doctors in it, with other actors playing the 1st 2nd and 3rd doctors to fill the voids of Hartnell, Troughton and Pertwee. (imo David Troughton for 2nd Doctor ^^)
There is a copy of this where there is an audience clapping after the closing credits. It is clearing too. It is on a channel called Obituarybirthday.

david tennant is such an overactor, i hate him, he ponses about like a stupid child and doesnt have any gravitas or realism to his character. peter davidson, great, david tennant, crap.
That's what makes his character so great, he embodies the quirkiness of the Doctor, and yet is hardened from all the things that the Doctor has gone through.
The old Doctors were great, but the effects and supporting stuff was not up to par with the acting and stuff, so it's hard to watch the shows today and be entertained just because we are so much more used to alot of stuff going on now that it seems boring to watch just actors acting now.
I remember how everyone freaked out about Eccleston leaving and that Tennant would never be able to fill his shoes... I imagine this sort of thing happened every time they changed actors... but then it's not about filling shoes, every actor has made The Doctor their own, and I for one am willing to give Matt Smith a fair shake... even if the pictures I've seen he's dressed like a 1940's english professor.
I don't think that's fair to Matt. For over 30 years, the producers of Doctor WHO have chosen actors who they felf would best embody the character. And from Houghton (or whatever the hell his name was) one to Tennant, they've never gone wrong yet. And it's not like David could play him forever; the man has other avenues he wishes to explore in his life. But it's been a great ride, and we've been left with some amazing performances to enjoy for years on DVD. Now it's time to turn another page.
just realised... the 10th doctor mentioned ZEITON CRYSTALS!!!! thanks moffy! (for those who dont know, zeiton 7 is one of the things that power the TARDIS, mentioned first, i think, in 1985's Vengance on Varos) Steven Moffat does know his who! cant wait till he takes over.
At first this was pretty much a dream come true.

Its almost surreal to see the early 80's version of the Doctor talk about desktop themes.

I absolutely love Davison, but I think part of David Tennant success is how much he plays the Doctor like Baker. Odd that Davison is 'his doctor'!

Actually, Tennant did say in interviews that he grew up with the fourth. I believe this was more of an honorific line of the team for Davison.

Flipping AWESOME. I had kept seeing snippets of this in various videos, kept wondering what the hey this was from.
Awesome to finally see it. Doctor Who is the bomb, to see David Tennant and Peter Davison together is AMAZING.
