they see it as a vehicle that can kill someone thats why they dont care ...
also they cant get there cut of insurance and registration which is thru but sux man feel better...

On a slightly different tact. I am a disabled person with mobility issues. Would people recomend a Segway for increased mobility then?

yea they r real kool there is actualy 2 speeds you can set em to beg. and advanced , beg. goes 6mph and advanced goes 12 mph so its faster then all the other scooters and easier to use.. oh last 10 miles on 1 charge also
