Very often is a police scam that ruins lives. Redneck Sheriff's from Departments that are nothing more than REVENUE GENERATION stops for no reason - then they find 1 open beer can somewhere in the car and you then refuse the provoking and the harassment of the sheriff over doing his job and you get a 1 yr suspension of license - EVEN IF INNOCENT and NOT TRIED and NOTCONVICTED - IT"S a DAMAGING EFFECT on GOOD CITIZENS and the LAWS in KANSAS have over stepped!! IT IS A VERY SAD AND BAD THING
