SON OF A BITCH. I wasn't looking forward to the Viral video being the teaser trailer for the short film. I would like to see the finished product some day.
I loved the concept, although the directing was a little patchy. i recommend reading some rules on that. I did like the matched actions. Also the editing with the sound needs blending when you get separate angles. i recommend an external mic and basing the sound with that.
I loved it! The beginning was touching. It was dark and in my opinion traps the viewer in the dark world. It was a very, very sad story and purely amazing.
@mrlegomakerchild For the next video, we are recording our own sound effects along with some I have in a library. But thank you for your suggestion, I love that episode haha

@HLSGHOST well to be honest, the next video we make, which will be a more of a remake/sequel to this will fix all the plot holes, problems, and things work with the first video. Continuity, Music, and more close up shots. You see we went into trying to tell a story and it came out VERY vauge and we see our mistakes. We also want dialogue, so we are buying a better mic for better videos. I want to make better videos for people to enjoy, and when people give me feedback its a huge help! Thank you!
I liked it but I agree with what AListProductions said. The inception horn felt slightly misplaced. I still liked the film the way through, though I do not understand the choise of title (which choise?). Great job and just keep improving. Found this through your comment on Losses.

Should invest in a steadicam for some of the shots you tried to do too. Needed more audio effects through it all, buy some sound effect packs. More angle cuts can help too. Try to find LESS known tracks when it comes to doing independent films. For your first one ever it was pretty nice!

If you want to get good sound effects, sometimes you gotta make your own. Film Riot has a couple videos on foley and sound design.
