@DiegoFZ96 Its a reference from my beginners guitar course which most of my students follow. Its basically the difference between thumb over the neck and thumb behind the neck. The baseballs bat is thumb over the neck

Good video - thanks. If I may suggest a little tip - if the "thumb over the neck" on the F#m is too hard for you. You can just place a finger across the entire 2nd fret because you are only using the 1, 4, 5 and 6 strings.
