This is not recorded from the game, it's converted from the RA: Retaliation Playstation disk with a media extractor program.

Depending on wat you have if you have the First decade you hold Shift and click on the Circle on the upper right corner and there you go and if you have the original idk its been a while.

You don't even have to hold Shift, just tapping it once is enough. And TFD makes no difference. You just need Counterstrike, and TFD just happens to include Counterstrike.

if you have red alert counterstrike of the aftermath (one of those two) and you hold shift/ctrl im not sure. and then click on the speaker in the upright corner you can play some secret missions! where you fight ants!

What about it? It includes Counterstrike, so it works.

Though there's some error with the mission transition in TFD... There's a fan patch for that though; search for "TFD fixes" to find my TFD fixes page which has it.

You can also look for "TFD patch 1.03" to find the unofficial TFD 1.03 patch, which includes that fix.

Same as in the normal RA... start the game, and on the main menu, first tap [shift] and then click on the speaker in the upper right corner.

Oh... if you get an "unable to read scenario" error after finishing the first mission, google "TFD fixes" and you'll find my fixes page, which has a fix for that problem (and loads more you may like ;)

Uhh... that's one of the things the OFFICIAL patches fix. You need to install those first.

I always thought RA2 was retarded story and unit-wise and way more over-the-top next to RA1 (weather machines and tanks that turn into trees?) When a game has mindcontrolled squids i'm not going to cry when they add killer-bears. They could add communist partyclowns for all I care. Even so both RA1 and RA2 are fun to play in their own ways. Hasn't the absurdity become the whole point of playing? To me it is. And when I want to play something more serious there are many other games out there.

Realistic? Seriously? I think C&C 1 (tiberian dawn) and red alert 1 were the only games in the C&C universe that seemed even remotely believable. Every single game after that were caricatures in comparison to those in my eyes. A while ago I saw someone who commented that RA2 is to RA1 what the movie: "Space balls" is to "star wars". And I agree with that sentiment. But again, I dont'think these are BAD games. They are just less serious. When I want "serious" I play games like World in Conflict.

This video is from a console game released in 1998. Red Alert 2 was only released in 2000, two years later.

RA: Retaliation is simply the playstation version of the Countersterike and The Aftermath expansion packs bundled together, with new video briefings.

I made a pack for PC RA1 called "Red Alert: The Lost Files" which adds those videos. It requires the Red Alert 3.03 beta patch though.

Well, this is from the Playstation version, where you simply have to look at the England piece of the campaign on Hard to get the ants missions. On PC, you need to have the Counterstrike expansion installed. Then on the main menu, you just press [shift] and click on the speaker in the upper right corner.

This vid isn't in the PC version though, unless you download & install the RA: The Lost Files mod from CnCWorld.
