the deluxe looks so bad ass... i currently have the original ripstik and i'll buy this one and ONLY use it after i can do some major tricks like kick flips. For now, i'll beat the shit outa my old board till i can carve the bowls at a eal skate park. Then i break out the DLX :)

You can get the ripstik delux at sharper image. But i think it is just a peice of crap. The original ripstik is better.

You are wrong. The Deluxe has every feature of the Original, PLUS one more: the torsion bar is metal and spins. This means you can do boardslides and lipslides with minimal resistance. You'll see what I'm talking about if we ever finish RipStik Video # 2. I'm not riding right now, so it may be a while.
