Oh dear, there useless. My CSA claim are in arrear's by 5 months, because they didnt chase it up, and then they lost the information of my ex's job that i updated with them, and also ive been telling them for months that, hes working a second job, and they have just taking his word for it that he isnt working. The CSA are useless for both non resident parent, and resident parent.
get a lawyer to deal with the csa,they will dance to your tune when a lawyer gets involved and your lawyer deals with the csa legal dept no some clown from a call center....you will get better results trust me...my lawyer did it all for free because he hated the csa so much.

By the time I got to the bank, my account was frozen and I was left $4.00 to live on. The bank manager said they come in with their lawyers and there isn't anything the bank can do about it, and they agree its wrong, they do it all the time.
stop paying the mortgage (as that is an investment for yourself)...and pay the maintenance to the PWC for your children as requested....then wife can pay the mortgage...problem solved! The CSA are idiots..... They re-ran a schedule for me back in March this year, telling me my new figure, then carry on taking same amount. They now claim i havent overpaid, even though i have been paying approx £40 per week more then i should of for the last 3 months. They are complete assholes, and need to be taught lessons like this,.

im going to finish college in March and will be going to a 6 year college starting this September. my dad hasnt paid child support at all since i been born he must of gave me at least $ 1,000 though out my whole life and now since it hard to get a job and being able to pay off loans, i would need help from him now. since im going to be going to college longer how long would i be able to get checks from him and i just turned 20. i just saw that the limit was 21. but in my case can it go longer

they do make money off child support. i pay additional fees. 5.00 fee per payment and 10.00 fee per month supervision. then they charge her fees too. i pay a $100 she recieves $60 and they take $50 in fees. they make a shit load off of child support especially in the US
well in the us they charged the father and mother a fee but when they take the mothers fee it adds to what the father owes so we have to pay our fees and theres and if you pay them outside of them its considered a gift and does count towards child support

The CSA are a bunch of evil bastards. To keep my credit rating good, I pay a bill that is jointly owned by myself and ex wife. This £200 bill is accepted under a varyance . . . however, they deduct £15 a week from this calculation. Therefore, only £140 of this joint bill is considered ! I am told by the CSA bastards that this is their CSA Law ! Bent - Nothing but bent !
Thanks for posting this! It's so good not to feel alone. The Australian CSA re-assessed me at a higher rate and, like with you, they sent letter to a wrong address. Although they admit their error they refuse to refund the amount overpaid. I eventually received a copy of the assessment letter over a year later.
Getting back on to the subject, this video is more about incompetence and this is one way of showing it, Im had 11 yrs with the CSA and they are just useless! Im still fighting and will carry on because they have let my ex lie through his teeth by not taking action and also committing fraud, they CAN do things but its far easier not to when someone like Mr Walker is S/E !
Because it only takes ONE to destroy an adult relationship, some fathers are happy to pay for their kids - When the CSA gets involved though those men are frequently treated like criminals and forced into destitution. I've seen it with my own eyes. I wonder how many errant mothers are chased by the CSA? I'd wager it's far fewer than the men currently being persued.

The CSA is in place to uphold the law. If you refuse to pay for your children, they are there to make sure you do. I don't think asking anyone to pay 15% of their wages for one child is unreasonable, if I was asked to pay that, I'd probably offer to pay more.
The fact is, most people do not like paying once they split up, they are emotional and upset, and the last thing they want to do is give their ex-partner money, they can't see that it benefits the children. This is why there are laws in place to make people pay.
I think it is a very good idea, even if it is not administered in the best way. Then again, it has only been in place since 1993, the NHS is 60 years old, and that is still the most expensive and badly run Government organisation.
Communism is a good 'idea' but human nature prevails and spoils it. Ditto government sanctioned child support payments. I don't think many people object to paying a fair amount (which is NOT a blanket percentage of whatever they earn but, if they physically have the means, a required sum) and most people would be happier if the money they provided provably went to their offspring and not their ex partner to spend as s/he chose.

The CSA (in the UK) does not make any profit, in fact last year it cost the Government almost 1 billion pounds. Every single penny taken goes to the parent with the children. FACT!

The wages of the idiots who work there must be paid for... I sense that not EVERY penny goes to the children, in fact, what money changes hands normally goes direct to the parent left with custody - They alone get to choose where that money goes, in many cases, on some method to ensnare the next paycheck provider. A fair system would be for equal custody in cases where no abuse exists. No money changing hands, 50% of the care/time to each parent. So simple.
It takes ONE woman in a sexual relationship to make the decision to have a child, then, when the decision is made, she can put pins through condoms or 'forget' her pill. Forcing someone into parenthood by deception should be a criminal offence on a par with rape. Women have massive choices when it comes to contraception, men have very few and a deceitful woman can override all but a vasectomy without fear of legal or moral repercussions. Who'd want to look after a kid they didn't actually want?
Some men find condoms unusable, they can be uncomfortable to the point of painful and very few men prefer to use one, ever tried a foot massage whilst wearing a wellington boot? child support agency is just a licence for unemployed bums sorry mums to screw as much money out of their ex partners as possible despite paying my hex sorry ex from day 1 she never told them and when she wanted more money and i couldnt give it to her she reported me as never giving her a penny despite me having some recipts and bank statements showing otherwise. they are now taking me to court for £25754 but will let me pay it within 2 days. looks like im going to jail.

Oh dear, there useless. My CSA claim are in arrear's by 5 months, because they didnt chase it up, and then they lost the information of my ex's job that i updated with them, and also ive been telling them for months that, hes working a second job, and they have just taking his word for it that he isnt working. The CSA are useless for both non resident parent, and resident parent.

get a lawyer to deal with the csa,they will dance to your tune when a lawyer gets involved and your lawyer deals with the csa legal dept no some clown from a call center....you will get better results trust me...my lawyer did it all for free because he hated the csa so much.

I had $1800 in my bank account. Not working at the time, and not on welfare I was living off savings. One day I got a letter from CSA informing me they are going to freeze my bank account. By the time I got to the bank, my account was frozen and I was left $4.00 to live on. The bank manager said they come in with their lawyers and there isn't anything the bank can do about it, and they agree its wrong, they do it all the time.

THE CSA DON'T OWE THE PWC OR THE NRP A DUTY OF CARE, I've proved this in court, therefore you can't sue them. SCUM. I could write a book on this subject, its laughable! I recently payed off my ex with £6000 and the CSA confirmed it with a letter, a month later I got a statement saying I owe £6000 ha ha, you could'nt make it up!!!

2)If someone is not reported ie has his debts wiped off a magistrate will NEVER decide to send him to jail
3)Using capital letters may be used to ephamise

if enough Chaff stop paying then the whole thing fails how many would have to stop paying?I am not sure but there is a tipping point.they would then cut their losses and the CSA would fold. im going to finish college in March and will be going to a 6 year college starting this September. my dad hasnt paid child support at all since i been born he must of gave me at least $ 1,000 though out my whole life and now since it hard to get a job and being able to pay off loans, i would need help from him now. since im going to be going to college longer how long would i be able to get checks from him and i just turned 20. i just saw that the limit was 21. but in my case can it go longer

This man went to far even acknowledging the CSA in the first place. Do not contract with them in any way, even responding to them or repeating back numbers to them means you have contracted with them.
It was not you who called the CSA in the first place. You have no obligation to engage with them. Once you are contracted with them you are liable to give them money.
Their one and only reason for being is to make a profit. They are a registered corporation. Research your "freeman" rights.

they do make money off child support. i pay additional fees. 5.00 fee per payment and 10.00 fee per month supervision. then they charge her fees too. i pay a $100 she recieves $60 and they take $50 in fees. they make a shit load off of child support especially in the US

well in the us they charged the father and mother a fee but when they take the mothers fee it adds to what the father owes so we have to pay our fees and theres and if you pay them outside of them its considered a gift and does count towards child support

WRONG! The CSA, like virtually all government agencies, has clearly defined PROFIT targets. That means that they exist to make a profit. If all the money went to the children then they wouldn't clearly state their aim to MAKE money.
The CSA are famously one of the most hated and mistrusted agencies in a government renowned for it's corruption.
It starts at the top and works it's way down - Just look at the politicians expenses scandals! Why are you defending them - Do you work for them?

The CSA are a bunch of evil bastards. To keep my credit rating good, I pay a bill that is jointly owned by myself and ex wife. This £200 bill is accepted under a varyance . . . however, they deduct £15 a week from this calculation. Therefore, only £140 of this joint bill is considered ! I am told by the CSA bastards that this is their CSA Law ! Bent - Nothing but bent !

Thanks for posting this! It's so good not to feel alone. The Australian CSA re-assessed me at a higher rate and, like with you, they sent letter to a wrong address. Although they admit their error they refuse to refund the amount overpaid. I eventually received a copy of the assessment letter over a year later.

Getting back on to the subject, this video is more about incompetence and this is one way of showing it, Im had 11 yrs with the CSA and they are just useless! Im still fighting and will carry on because they have let my ex lie through his teeth by not taking action and also committing fraud, they CAN do things but its far easier not to when someone like Mr Walker is S/E !

Because it only takes ONE to destroy an adult relationship, some fathers are happy to pay for their kids - When the CSA gets involved though those men are frequently treated like criminals and forced into destitution. I've seen it with my own eyes. I wonder how many errant mothers are chased by the CSA? I'd wager it's far fewer than the men currently being persued.

The CSA is in place to uphold the law. If you refuse to pay for your children, they are there to make sure you do. I don't think asking anyone to pay 15% of their wages for one child is unreasonable, if I was asked to pay that, I'd probably offer to pay more.

The fact is, most people do not like paying once they split up, they are emotional and upset, and the last thing they want to do is give their ex-partner money, they can't see that it benefits the children. This is why there are laws in place to make people pay.
I think it is a very good idea, even if it is not administered in the best way. Then again, it has only been in place since 1993, the NHS is 60 years old, and that is still the most expensive and badly run Government organisation.

Communism is a good 'idea' but human nature prevails and spoils it. Ditto government sanctioned child support payments. I don't think many people object to paying a fair amount (which is NOT a blanket percentage of whatever they earn but, if they physically have the means, a required sum) and most people would be happier if the money they provided provably went to their offspring and not their ex partner to spend as s/he chose.

Sadly, the point is proven again - When the government start with a good idea they invariably make a dog's breakfast out of it.
People who decide to have children don't need to have their character, emotional maturity, intelligence, finances or morals assessed first, perhaps people should be required to get a license before parenting and fined if they don't...

The CSA (in the UK) does not make any profit, in fact last year it cost the Government almost 1 billion pounds. Every single penny taken goes to the parent with the children. FACT!
Of course far fewer women are 'chased', because most children stay with the mother after a seperation.
Which Government agencies make a profit? I'm pretty sure they all cost the tax payer money, ie: do not make any profit?

The wages of the idiots who work there must be paid for... I sense that not EVERY penny goes to the children, in fact, what money changes hands normally goes direct to the parent left with custody - They alone get to choose where that money goes, in many cases, on some method to ensnare the next paycheck provider. A fair system would be for equal custody in cases where no abuse exists. No money changing hands, 50% of the care/time to each parent. So simple.

It takes ONE woman in a sexual relationship to make the decision to have a child, then, when the decision is made, she can put pins through condoms or 'forget' her pill. Forcing someone into parenthood by deception should be a criminal offence on a par with rape. Women have massive choices when it comes to contraception, men have very few and a deceitful woman can override all but a vasectomy without fear of legal or moral repercussions. Who'd want to look after a kid they didn't actually want?

Some men find condoms unusable, they can be uncomfortable to the point of painful and very few men prefer to use one, ever tried a foot massage whilst wearing a wellington boot? Such a shame that some women can't be trusted to take a pill and a shame that men aren't even given a pill or implant as an option. I very nearly fathered a child in my early twenties and I WAS using a condom, IT BROKE. Some women have pins and aren't afraid to use them. Only 'fukwits' oversimplify situations, fuckwit.

child support agency is just a licence for unemployed bums sorry mums to screw as much money out of their ex partners as possible despite paying my hex sorry ex from day 1 she never told them and when she wanted more money and i couldnt give it to her she reported me as never giving her a penny despite me having some recipts and bank statements showing otherwise. they are now taking me to court for £25754 but will let me pay it within 2 days. looks like im going to jail.

i am pleased to see someone standing up for themselves, cos i recieved a letter from the csa stating that i had 2 children from 2 different women which i had not even met. as a result of this my girlfriend at the time ended the relationship because i allegedly lied 2 her. i wish i had taken it further just like you have.

They put me on correspondence only but that was cos I told them they were useless and a child would do better, etc. I only speak the truth!

Can I just say (at the risk of having my head ripped off verbally) that it isnt just men that are have this - i am female and they are doing exactly the same to me that they are doing to 'you men.' ALthough the majority of people being robbed and having their lives ruined are men, there are lots of women having the same because the father has custody, they even tried to get me to pay for his children to a different mother, so although i 100% agree with what you are saying, it isnt just men

The entire child support system is a fraud that was introduced by the feminist machine. It's unconstitutional and extortion, by definition.
Basically, it means forcing a man into an 18 year contract, where his money is stolen from his bank account periodically.
No one should be forced to pay child support. It is a hardcore violation of human rights. A woman should adopt or be responsible for any child she has. If anyone wants to debate me, go ahead, make my day.
