russ awesome vids man i have been watching all your vids and you and liz are perfect for each other. my wife likes fising she doesnt have the strengt to catch bass though but she does what she can. I got a tournament coming up so i am watching vids so i can get ready for it. but i was wondering where did you get your hat cam?
Thanks for the advice. I used my iPhone 4 on an Xshot hat cam last week, and I must have been looking too high because the fish kept showing up at the bottom of the video screen. Can't wait to try it again now.
@GodsGreatOutdoors The best thing about hatcams is that it records exactly where your eyes are looking. The only time that may change is if a fish is right at the boat, you may have to look a little below the fish to get the best viewing angle.
Much appreciate you showing how you rigged your shakey head. It will help guys like me who are somewhat novices in that technique. Nice bass by the way; looked over 5 pounds though!
Shaky Heads have been my bread, and butter here lately. When nothing else works I Shaky Head. Great vid, Nice hook sets by Liz. What kind of 10' was she fishing?
Nice man, I like throwing those Zoom Finesse Worms weightless and texposed on a 3/0 Gamakatsu hook and often just rig it wacky on the 3/0 hook. Watermelon Magic is my go-to color and I buy up the whole shelf whenever I see a store has them.
dude you catch some pretty big bass nice videos man i enjoy watching your videos keep it up bro

Very nice video quality and camera angles on your hat cam. Any tips on where to position your head while casting/reeling/landing a fish?

I love watching a hook being set. This was a fun video to watch.

Thanks for the vid. I get so tired of those who only show themselves reeling in their catch over and over. Yours was more informative and balanced.

MrBassfishin13 8 months ago
@MrBassfishin13 The spinning reel is a Shimano Saros and the rod is a 7' BPS Carbonlite.
