Ok so I kept rebooting it and it still won't work!!!

@KalimPeltier honestly, no im not sure exactly HOW you change your carrier, but im pretty sure once you download the blackra1n, you just insert a t-mobile sim card and take ur att card out. if thats not how, just google it cuz u should be able to find it :)
